Helios Hotel Apartments Budapest

The staff at Helios were helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. One time, we had trouble with our internet check-in for our flight home, and the staff patiently helped us until we were able to resolve the issue. Their level of service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for their professional and helpful service.

I stayed in a lovely hotel located in a peaceful suburb, with easy access to the city center by public transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and warm, with a powerful shower. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative, providing me with all the information I needed about bus routes, times. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, even for non meat-eaters. The hotel had a beautiful garden and a balcony with a stunning view.

The hotel lacked luxury amenities, but it provided a comfortable stay in a beautiful city.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff absolutely amazing. The breakfast was nice and pretty diverse. Honestly, it was pretty great overall. While it is a little far from the city centre, bus 8E comes by often enough and takes you there in barely twenty minutes. In fact, being removed from the city centre ensured we were in a calm area.

Felt at home here, no complaints.

The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay, from providing helpful information about the city and how to get around, to offering a warm welcome at the 24/7 reception. Another highlight is the breakfast, which offers all the usual offerings in plentiful amounts and is included in the price. For the value for money and the serene atmosphere, this hotel is definitely worth considering for your stay in Budapest.
